VTech has become the market leader in the baby monitor manufacturing segment in the USA and UK. It offers a wide range of products catering to the needs of parents in the US, UK and EU markets. VTech baby monitors typically incorporate features such as video monitoring, two-way communication, temperature sensors, and lullabies, providing parents with peace of mind and convenience in monitoring their infants.
LeapFrog was a well-known premium educational entertainment company specializing in the development of educational toys, electronic learning aids, and multimedia content for children. VTech acquired LeapFrog in 2016 to VTech to expand its presence in the educational toy market and strengthen its product portfolio with LeapFrog's popular brands and intellectual properties.
